Return and Exchange Policy
Refund Policy
Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy with their order. Should you wish to return any items you have purchased, please follow this Refund Policy:
7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can exchange your purchases for SIZE DIFFERENCES or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS only. WE FOLLOW A “NO REFUNDS” POLICY STRICTLY. We request you to make your orders carefully, online or at the stores.
Exchange Conditions
For an exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, labels (if any), and in its original packaging along with the receipt/proof of purchase.
Please Note:
- Customized/Personalized & Made-to-Order garments/items cannot be exchanged or cancelled once they have been dispatched or entered the production stage.
- The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Innerwear garments shall not be exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure the sizes are correct before purchasing.
- Damages caused due to misuse of the product while handling on your side.
- Products with missing labels.
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories.
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged.
How to Ship for an Exchange
To exchange an item, send us an email at sales@topkitonline.com with the subject as “Product Return/Exchange.” If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note:
- Return the school uniform item using the receipt included with the reason for the exchange. If you do not have the original receipt, please include:
- Reason for the exchange in detail
- Name of the school
- Class & Section
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- Wrap the school uniform item securely. Keep your posting receipts in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for school uniform items that fail to reach us. We are unable to refund any amounts you have paid for shipping it back currently.
- We will notify you via email or call about the status of your exchange request. This may take up to 4-5 working days from our receipt of the returned item. Once your returned item is received and accepted, your new item dispatch will be processed immediately.
